• A Family Run Business

• Industry Experience
The management team at Brooktherm Refrigeration exceed 100 years in combined industry experience.

• In-house Engineers
We never use subcontracted engineers. All of our engineers are employed by Brooktherm Refrigeration. They are fully qualified and experienced refrigeration and air conditioning engineers who install, maintain and service equipment for Brooktherm clients exclusively.

• Fully Qualified Air Conditioning Engineers
All of our team of dedicated air conditioning engineers have completed the many years of training required to be sufficiently qualified to support our air conditioning clients.

• Apprenticeship Scheme
We employ at least one new apprentice each year, and 75% of our engineers joined Brooktherm Refrigeration as an apprentice, so we are extremely proud of our investment in their futures, and the ability to retain such valued members of staff.

• 4-hour On-site Response
If you have an emergency and need on-site assistance, we guarantee that we will be there within four hours.

• Q H S & E Manager
Our employment of a QHS&E Manager, rather than outsourcing this vital role, demonstrates our commitment to Quality, Health & Safety and the Environment. Taking into account the various gases involved in our industry that can potentially harm both workers and the environment, we prioritise having an ever-present authority within the business to ensure we are following all procedures and maintaining best practice at all times.

• Customer Liaison
The Customer Liaison at Brooktherm, visits all clients at least twice a year for a review meeting to obtain valuable feedback. This enables us to keep on top of any issues, avoid becoming complacent, review all procedures on a regular basis and build a strong, trustworthy relationship between Brooktherm and the client.

• 24/7 Call-out Facility
Any emergency out of hours calls are answered by a member of the Brooktherm management team, who can either solve any issues immediately by giving instructions over the phone, or by organising an on-site visit. Rather than using a call centre, we believe that this personal service is far more effective, particularly in time-critical instances where knowledge of a client’s equipment and products can be crucial; such as when perishable goods are at risk.

• Large In-house Stock of Spare Parts
To illustrate our commitment, we stock a large supply of spare parts on site. This means that we don’t have to wait for deliveries to provide our clients with the products they require urgently.
