Brooktherm Refrigeration offer comprehensive Refrigeration and Air Conditioning service and maintenance packages tailored to suit the individual needs of our clients throughout the UK.

Our Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) programmes are designed to reduce the risk of failure, ensure efficient running conditions and guarantee compliance with current regulations.

We are proactive in providing exceptional service and customer satisfaction which influenced the inception of our PPM Management Policy. This is a service agreement, unique to Brooktherm Refrigeration, that includes input from the client, defining clear objectives, key performance indicators (KPI’s) and documentation for their plant. An engineering team is allocated to each client to ensure there is continuity in the service and support provided.

Our PPM Management Policy is underpinned by our comprehensive Service Management Software (SMS) package which holds a full and detailed asset inventory for each client. The SMS schedules, logs and tracks all planned and reactive works against each asset and allows us to easily view historical data such as service records, maintenance check sheets and compliance information.

Our clients are able to access and download this information, as well as copies of our companies’ policies, certifications and all other relevant documentation, through our dedicated on-line portal.

The PPM Management Policy is delivered by our team of specialist, fully trained and qualified field technicians supported and co-ordinated from our office by a highly skilled, dedicated service team utilising the very best resources and training.

In the event of an emergency breakdown a swift, reactive and reliable response is crucial to minimise loss and disruption. Our experienced service and maintenance division are here to support you with any problem or situation that may arise.

Outside of office hours, our engineers are available 24/7/365 on a call out rota to provide our clients with an immediate response. Out of office enquiries go directly through to a member of the management team and are logged onto our database. We provide the engineer’s contact details and estimated time of arrival, either straight away, or in a call back which will be received no later than 15 minutes after the initial enquiry.

We guarantee to be at our client’s premises within 4 hours. The entire process is overseen by the management team member, usually a Director, who took the initial enquiry; this ownership gives the client continuity and ultimately peace of mind.

We carry a comprehensive stock of spare parts, refrigerants and oils which are also available 24/7/365 to enable repairs to be carried out efficiently with minimum down time.

All of our engineers are fully trained and qualified and carry a health and safety site pack enabling them to produce site-specific risk assessments upon arrival at site.

In addition to our service and maintenance packages we are able to offer a compressor overhaul service both at our workshop, and where removal is impractical, in-situ.

We have extensive knowledge and experience of all major manufacturers including Bitzer, Carrier, Gram, Grasso, Howden, J&E Hall, Mayekawa (Mycom), Sabroe, Stal, Trane, York among others.
