Established in 2000, Brooktherm Refrigeration Ltd is a leading provider of industrial refrigeration and air conditioning services providing a full scope of services from design, supply and installation to bespoke maintenance, service and supply of spares.

We are an independent family-run company with a strong history and continuous growth whilst balancing tradition and innovation.

Training Manager

The direct employment of a Training Manager ensures that all engineering personnel are fully adequate for all kinds of refrigeration/air conditioning works. Continuous training and re-fresher courses are carried out throughout the year. We also have the facilities to offer external training courses.

Customer Satisfaction

Customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us and is stressed throughout our workforce. Our Customer Liaison attends client meetings at least twice per annum to gain valuable feedback. This helps us keep on top of any issues, avoid becoming complacent, review all procedures on a regular basis and build a strong, trusting relationship with our clients.

Apprenticeship Scheme

We have built a strong relationship with local colleges over the years, employing at least three new apprentices each year. All of our apprentices work alongside expert colleagues and receive extensive support and mentoring throughout their apprenticeships. We are extremely proud of our investment in their futures.
