Brooktherm Refrigeration employs highly qualified and experienced Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental professionals, who manage and supervise all levels of work undertaken. This is supported by appropriate advice and guidance to successfully deliver projects safely, without risk to health or damage to the environment and the exact requirements of the customer/client.
Our management team are highly experienced industry professionals, therefore, fully understand the requirements that the industry demands. They also have experience in client and project management so have a holistic understanding of our client’s needs.
We implement systems which are designed to make use of cost-effective, planned and systematic procedures.
The Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems are subject to regular management review and are certified to BS OHSAS 18001:2007, BS ISO 14001:2015 and BS ISO 9001:2015 respectively.
We have implemented plans and programs for continual improvement across the business, and these have made significant progress year on year. The Management Systems are key enablers, upholding the reputation and high standing of the Brooktherm name across the Engineering industry worldwide.
Environmental management is ultimately dependent on the actions of our employees and without their commitment to, and acceptance of our Environmental Management System, we cannot commit to providing environmentally sound services and products. As such, we are committed to training and retraining all staff in our environmental policies, for the duration of their employment with Brooktherm Refrigeration
Annual KPIs are set to realistic SMART targets and are continuously monitored to go beyond compliance and achieve best practices. These programs are documented within our annual Improvement Plan and are available for review when appropriate.
